Haus am See mit Sauna

Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

Ferienwohung Atteltal

Die Ferienwohnung bietet mit einer Größe von etwa 60 qm Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und ist über die Außentreppe erreichbar. Über den nach Westen ausgerichteten Wohnraum geht es direkt auf den eigenen, geschützten Freisitz mit Blick in die Natur. Die Küche wie auch die übrige Einrichtung wurde von einem ortsansässigen Schreiner mit regionalem Holz gefertigt. Details, Stoffe und Farben wurden liebevoll zum Wohlfühlen ausgewählt

Willkommen im ♡ Bayerns, im kleinen Dorf Berbling. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes und bietet Platz für 4-5 Personen. Für Natur- und Kulturliebhaber hat Berbling die perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem kleinen Bad mit Badewanne und WC, einem großen Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Essbereich und Sitzmöglichkeiten vor einem gemütlichen Kaminofen.
