Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. There’s a Christmas Market, Tall Ships Festival, & intimate music festivals locally. The Horse Racing (Festival 2nd week of March) & other regular meetings, The Jazz Festival in May, the Food Festival in June, & Literary Festival in October keep Cheltenham interesting year round. The Cotswolds, Forest of Dean, Malverns & Wye are close by.

Idyllic rural location in Sheepscombe village

A self contained annexe on a working small holding which has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester are a short drive away. An idyllic quiet get away.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

2 person dog friendly self catering ground floor annexe. Set in a peaceful 5 1/2 acre smallholding surrounded by countryside and farm land. Has it's own private enclosed garden and our hay field for dog exercise. Whether you are wanting time away or visiting the area for business or family, the annexe is ideally situated for both. With Cheltenham only 4.5 miles, Cotswolds nearby and M5 Motorway easily accessible. There are local dog friendly pubs and more amenities in the surrounding area.

The Annex at Stonehaven

The Annex offers dog friendly accommodation with plenty of outdoor space. It has a bedroom with en-suite shower, a large kitchen and open plan living room with double bed, dining and sofa areas. There is parking, a courtyard and garden. We are between Cheltenham, Gloucester and Tewkesbury. Mon-Fri your host grooms dogs in a room connected to the Annex. Dogs or driers might be heard during the day on weekdays and access needed to cleaning cupboard and tumble dryer in annex.

The location, in Churchdown Village, is peaceful yet extremely conveniently located, with a pub, village shop, takeaways and bus service to Cheltenham and Gloucester all within a few minutes walk. Free parking on site and wifi is included.

This is a well equipped studio in the Cotswolds. It's at the end of a singletrack no through road about 1/2 mile from the Cotswold way and at the junction of several footpaths. The nearest towns are Painswick,which is 1 mile away, and Stroud where there is a train station and supermarkets. The studio has a sleeping area with a king size double bed. It is separated by a bookcase from the main living area. where there is also a sofa.
