Newly refurbished Sunset Lodge is a private, self-contained cabin set within our peaceful 1.2 acre garden and surrounded by fields, nature and views. We are located in the heart of the Surrey Hills, between the pretty villages of Shalford and Bramley and in an ideal location for access to the historic towns of Guildford (3 miles) and Godalming (1.5 miles). There is an abundance of countryside around the area with many beautiful walks and cycling routes from the doorstep and within a short drive

A short walk to the centre of the ancient market town of Godalming, featured in the film “The Holiday”, with an abundance of cafés, restaurants, pubs & beautiful countryside walks along the River Wey. A short drive to numerous National Trust estates & Surrey wedding venues. A 12 minute walk to Godalming station, with frequent trains into London Waterloo taking approx 45 minutes.

We are located about in a very quiet area, yet just a few minutes drive away from Guildford town centre. Our garden borders the North Downs way so great for walkers. Private entrance (up a flight of stairs), and free parking behind electric gates. Milk, tea coffee etc, and anything else you require.

Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey. It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Meadow Cottage Barn is a sympathetically restored 17th century self-contained studio barn situated next to the main house in Milford & adjacent to beautiful National Trust land & has off street parking. The accommodation comprises a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, kitchen, dining area & bathroom with shower. It opens into its own garden space & has an outdoor eating area. A self-contained cottage situated in a quiet position surrounded by woodland within 4 miles of Guildford town centre and refurbished to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and downstairs toilet. There are four bedrooms , one ensuite and family bathroom. Parking for 3 cars. Large garden with patio and seating and large netted trampoline for use at your own risk. People from all backgrounds are welcome in our home.

Little Willow - town centre gem with parking

Little Willow is set in our walled garden and is a self contained annex to our home. It was completed in October 2020. It has a bedroom/sitting room with a king size bed, sofa, table and two chairs and a smart tv. There is also a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, hob and fridge. The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and heated towel rail. Travel cot and occasional bed available on request at an additional charge.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is a cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
