The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This is a quiet road with free parking, a twenty minute walk from the town centre and the station. Knole Park, Chartwell, Ightham Mote and other National Trust properties, as well as Penshurst Place and Hever Castle are close. Step outside and Oldbury Woods, an old Iron Age fort, protected by the National Trust, are a stones throw away. Rope swings for children and great for walks are all on the door step. The National Trust's Ightham Mote and Knole Park are also near by and the lovely town of Sevenoaks is a five minute car journey away.
