This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

It is renovated with a modern bathroom and mini kitchenette with all you need for your stay. The king size bed accommodates a couple or can be split for a twin share. Tea/coffee, towels and other small essentials included. The main residence is a restored original 1960's beach cottage. The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

Separate to main house this lovely fully self contained air conditioned studio is perfect for couples. It has a queen bed and quality double sofa for additional person. The studio is fully self contained with direct access to the pool. Tastefully decorated, it has all the comforts of home and an open flow feel allowing lots of light and fresh air. A 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurant and bottle shop and only 10 minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach's restaurants, surf club, cafes and bars.

Burleigh Heads (Koala park) entire apartment that adjoins the rear of our house . Situated in the highly sort after Koala Park our 2 Bed (1 bed or 1 sitting room) is a home away from home. Complete with a Kitchenet, a very comfy queen size bed and the sitting room has a pull out double bed if required. It has a very large private bathroom, separate entrance, outdoor area, free WIFI, smart TV, close to public transport, Burleigh Heads National park and just a short stroll to Tally creek

This property is a spacious one bedroom, self-contained unit with a back yard, located a 100m from the sandy beaches of Mermaid and Nobby's. The unit is in a quiet street with free street parking and easy access to public transport. The front gate entry and front beach shower (cold water) is shared and guests use a separate key pad door for access to their apartment which is located underneath the main home. This apartment is solely for your use.

Traveler's Pit Stop

This Studio is a spacious self contained room separate from the main house, guaranteeing perfect privacy. There is a kitchenette and a shower room with wc. Included are unlimited WiFi, TV, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Ashmore City Shopping Centre is only a 5 min walk away, as are different types of take-away food and a laundromat. Easy access to the M1. NB: The studio is suitable for 1 or 2 adults, NOT for children (incl babies) or pets.
