Ample storage space. Lots of seating in the living area. Outside there is a table and chairs so you can eat outside, along with a hot tub to relax in. We are close to several beautiful beaches including Perranporth and Newquay. There are many walks, including the South West coastal path nearby.

On site facilities at Newperran holiday resort include indoor heated pool, newly refurbished bar and restaurant, , adventure play area,arcade , dog walking area and evening entertainment.

This tucked away cottage offers peace and tranquility and wildlife in abundance, yet close to amenities, beaches (Perranporth Newquay St Agnes) water sports, golf, horse riding, shopping, pubs and bistros. It sleep two plus a toddler. Travel cot & high chair are available. Dogs are welcome too, but not on the furniture or bed.
