One overlooks the large living room with floor to ceiling windows and stone fireplace. The other overlooks the expansive property. It's definitely a tranquil place to rest and relax.

This is the perfect country getaway in a serene wooded setting yet close to town. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Area attractions include great hiking, skiing, restaurants, breweries, stores and markets. Near Great Barrington & Hudson and all the Berkshires and Hudson Valley have to offer.

Enjoy hiking the Appalachian Trail in nearby Beartown State Forest or kayaking and swimming in the incomparable Lake Garfield. We are a quick ride to Ski Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington.

Enjoy our peaceful (pet friendly) home, just a short drive to the center of Norfolk. Great for friends and/or family visits. Board games, puzzles and books inside for all; fire pit outside. Front & side decks, are perfect for relaxing. Access great cafes, shops & cultural delights in Norfolk. The nearby Ellen Battell Stoeckel Estate hosts Yale's Summer Chamber Music Concert series.
