There is on street parking, a park 2 mins walk away, a bus to Nottingham and Loughborough, pubs & restaurants, and we’re close to East Mids Airport, Donington Park & Willow Marsh Farm. The property is a contemporary studio with living space and kitchenette, separate shower room, king bed and seating area with 3/4 sofa bed (available when booking for 3 or 4 adults). Private use of washing machine, dish washer and well equipped kitchen. Dog and child friendly lots of games and toys provided. Autism friendly.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Totally relax in this calm, stylish space in its rural setting. The studio has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is a calm comfortable space well equipped for you to enjoy during your stay. Comfortable bed, smart TV. The kitchen is spacious light airy and well equipped with oven induction hob, toaster microwave, kettle and washing machine. Tea coffee sugar are supplied with fresh milk in the fridge for you to enjoy a drink upon arrival.
