Väldigt nära till spårvagn (hållplats Virginsgatan & Stockholmsgata) som tar er både till Korsvägen/Liseberg/skandinavium & Centralstationen utan att behöva byta spårvagn! Detta är inget lyxboende utan det är en källare, men väldigt prisvärt :)
