The Sheepcote, our brand new spacious shepherds hut, is based in the Kent High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sits in its own south facing half acre garden with fruit trees, silver birch and a young oak tree. Outside there’s plenty of parking and an area with a bench, table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the countryside, watch the buzzards fly overhead and in the evenings listen out for the soft hooting of our resident owls! Its the perfect place for a romantic break.

Perfect for families where children can use our play park complete with sunken trampoline and zip wire and visit our chickens. From time to time, other animals will be housed on the property. Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.

We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly.
