Sunny Bo villa is a modern holiday house in Kaštela, Croatia. The house is ideal for up to 8 people - it has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, patio with a swimming pool, grill and dining table, a bedroom terrace and a roof terrace with a hot tub (available upon agreement), seating area and a beach bed. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Ideally located between Split and Trogir and close to shops, beaches, restaurants, mountain and local attractions.

This studio apartment is in the center of old part of Kaštel Štafilić. Apartment has everything that you need for living. Kitchen -microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven and all kitchen utensils, bathroom, washing machine ,air condition, smart TV, free WI-FI. Everything is on your hand and near by-beach is 3 minutes walk, grocery shop, market, restaurant, caffe bar all in 50 meters reach. Our family villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional Dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Luxury Pool Villa, Split Area– 8 Guests

Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)

Apartment Astra is placed in Kaštel Kambelovac and is located on the 2nd floor of a four-story building, orientation south and west. Fully equipped kitchen is available. Flat-screen TV's with satellite channels are available in the living room and both bedrooms. Beds in both bedrooms can be arranged either as single or double beds. There is a couch in the living, suitable for an adult. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Wheelchair ramp and elevator are available.

Pick ups from 3pm to 11pm or drive to the airport from 4:30am to 11am.
