Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

“D” house is easiest to describe with three words: simple, bright and natural. Ground floor house of 80m2 + 20m2 covered terrace + 600m2 garden It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room + kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed 180 cm wide and in the other room there is a bunk bed with the lower double bed (width 140 cm), the living room has a sofa bed The kitchen and living room are in a modern rustic style with sea motives. Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom.
