In a Villa's ground floor is located 44 m² apartment in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.

The villa consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and a toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom and TV. Private parking, jacuzzi, barbecue and heated swimming pool are available to our guests. Near the accommodation there is a restaurant and a supermarket. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view and the sunset.
