Un antico fienile del 1551, espressione della tradizione rurale dell'alta Valsesia, si trasforma in edificio a basse emissioni, riscaldato solo in modo rinnovabile, Amico dell'ambiente. The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Renovated Walzer house 15 mins by car from Alagna

Our chalet is a renovated "Walzer" style barn. We are a Belgian family with 3 children and a dog and love this remote quiet place in the Valsesia valley. We enjoy hiking in the mountains or just walking in the valley or swimming in the river that passes by on the back of our house. We love skiing in the nearby "Monte Rosa" or "Alpe di Mera" Ski domains (15 or 10 minutes respectively by car) and enjoy cooking with local produce savoring local wines (Gattinara, Ghemme, Barbaresco, Barolo, ...)

A corner of paradise just minutes from the Mera ski slopes and only 40 minutes from the renowned Alagna Valsesia resort. The fully independent property features a double bedroom, a room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious living room with a GPL fireplace, to be used exclusively for heating and not suitable for burning wood.
