Welcome to the Rim View Lodge, where comfort and practicality set you up for great adventures! Whether you’re hiking, biking, climbing, rafting or exploring all the amazing wonders of Moab, this townhome will be your basecamp as your home away from home to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets that Moab has to offer. Only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles away from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park, you’re close enough to two of The Mighty Five National Parks in Utah, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab. For the price of a hotel room, you can spend your time away in a fully furnished townhome that is stocked with everything you may need to feel right at home while enjoying Moab’s Red Rock Country. This unit has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Enjoy BBQing off the back patio with views of the Moab Rim. You can sit and relax on the two patios equipped with tables and chairs, with views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab’s beautiful red cliff right outside your backdoor. Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment.  We have TWO assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers, jeeps and RZR’s. We have secure bicycle storage and racks at the entrance of the townhome. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Antibacterial gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, hotel size shampoo, body bar soap and hand soap in the bathrooms. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee or K cup of your choice! HOT TUB & POOL Hot tub will close for the season on Sunday Jan. 3rd, 2022 Hot tub is closed Jan. 3rd - Feb. 17th 2022 HOT TUB Schedule: Feb. 18th - April 7th: ~1pm-9pm. April 8th  -Sunday Oct. 23rd 10am-9pm Oct. 24th - Jan. 2, 2023- 1pm-9pm 2022 POOL Schedule: Opening Date: Friday Aril 8th Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday Oct. 23rd Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Located on a quiet street with upper-level balcony views of the Colorado River Portal, our home provides a spacious combined kitchen/living/dining area, laundry room, 3.5 bathrooms, along with a private two-car garage. Four bedrooms within the home will sleep 8 comfortably. Arches and Canyonlands National Parks are a short drive from the home and downtown Moab is minutes away with shopping, restaurants, and outdoor outfitters.

Location!!! Excellent 3BR Castillo townhouse

This comfortable, well-maintained, beautifully decorated 3BR/2BA townhouse alongside the Moab Golf Course, is a home away from home in the perfect location just 4 miles south of town on the EAST side of the valley, ten minutes from Center and Main St. We have a splendid patio with morning sun and afternoon shade. Castillo is an 18 unit project that was very well laid out with lawn, trees, one of the nicer pools with fewer people to share it, and close to the nature you come here to see.

This home is located within the great attractions that Utah has to offer. The Arches in Moab Ut, Goblin Valley State Park, Dead Horse Point, and many more! Green River offers activities to check out as well; Museum/Information center, Crystal Geyser, Beach area alongside the river, Golf course, Hiking, ATV trails, River rafting etc. Small farm community, population around 900, google area and miles to your destinations. Home is NOT kid friendly. No pets allowed. Host lives in town.

My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and friends.

Base Camp

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.
