This tiny house offers a fully appointed spacious kitchen, a 3 piece bathroom including a flush toilet, as well as Wifi, smart TV, a wood stove, in-floor heating and AC. Recently built 3 bedroom home right next to the ocean. Perfect getaway for you and a few friends. You can also hear the ocean outside. There's (Hydropool 660) Hot Tub installed. If you don't follow Hot Tub rules I will charge a $1000 damage fee. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! I will charge $1000 damage fee if you smoke in my house. NO GLITTER!!!!! I will charge $25000 damage fee if you bring glitter.
