Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Inside you’ll find 500 square feet of cleanliness, warmth and maritime style. A grill and new full kitchen provide the culinary options of home. A stylish bar/island compliments both kitchen and living areas. Outside you’ll find two spacious decks. One has a nautical feel, overlooking the lake, built of original stone and wood. A second larger deck overlooks the meadow.

Cozy cottage directly on Lake Champlain on a quiet street. Two bedrooms each with a queen bed plus Hazel's Hideaway, a 6× 6 ft. loft off of the dining room/kitchen area with a daybed for 1 child or it can be used as a reading nook. 1 bath with shower, washer and dryer, and filtered water system. Pantry stocked with staples as well as fishing equipment. Games and toys for all ages. Private staircase to the lake. Fire pit with wood. Water shoes recommended.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
