Visit Cox Creek Winery, Kissing Bridge, G2G & Cotton Tail hiking/biking trail, snowshoeing, snowmobile trails & Chicopee Ski Resort. Two dogs on the property. Walkout basement, king bed, portable crib (on request) shower, kitchenette, seating area, natural light. Large backyard, firepit, barbeque, outdoor eating area. Living room has sectional, 40" TV, desk & is open concept to a fully equipped kitchen. Laundry access is on the main level by the entrance and is shared with homeowner.

One bedroom self-contained basement apartment right on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to downtown Fergus. Beautiful downtown Elora, Elora Gorge Conservation Area and Belwood Lake Conservation Area are all within a ten minute drive. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.
