These studio cabins take you back to the 1800’s, visiting the Saloon, General Store, US Post, Dentist, or Blacksmith rooms. Our cozy 24’x 10’ cabins sleep two. We are conveniently located just a minutes’ walk from all the fun Grand Rivers has to offer and a quick 5-minute drive from the Land Between the Lakes National Park North Welcome Center!

Comfortable Air Mattress for Living Room if you need to sleep 4 guests. Flat Screen TV's in the Living Room & Bedroom. Pet Mini Cows Dozer & Daisy & owners live on site.

Whether you’re looking to hide away or come and play, The Mulberry Cabin is perfect for two people looking to get cozy with a cup of coffee, have a night by the fire pit, or snuggle and watch a movie. The local area also provides unique dining and entertainment options including restaurants & marinas. With Kentucky’s LBL State Park & both amazing lakes nearby- you can hike, bike, or enjoy the water any way you like! Hosts are happy to point you in the right direction! Come stay a while! 😁

We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Seclusion with the Lake a step away....

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family getaways. A fisherman’s dream vacation. Bird watchers paradise. An artist retreat with views to paint or write songs about. Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks.
