Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

Spring City Treehouses “Holly Grove”

TheseTreehouses are unique, newly built Treehouses (‘23&’25) on 10 wooded acres near Watts Bar Lake. Nearby marinas, restaurants, hiking, waterfalls & a short drive to whitewater rafting & Gatlinburg! Enjoy the peace & quiet of your private deck overlooking a small Holly grove, lush forest & seasonal creek! Fire pit w/ sitting area, outdoor kitchen & BBQ. Comfy space upstairs w/queen memory foam bed, futon loveseat, full bath, fireplace & mini kitchen. Seasonal Kayaks. No pets or kids under 12!

Nanny’s Cottage

Conveniently close to Fairfield Glade Golf courses, and other activities. Nanny’s Cottage is 300sqft with 1 full bed room w/ queen bed, full bath, washer and dryer, and WiFi. It has big picturesque windows for lots of natural lighting, but also blackout blinds to darken the inside. The outside of the property boasts a beautiful pond and dock to have a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. To enjoy the outside on those chilly nights we have a fire pit with outdoor sitting.

Multi level cliff side cabin

This unique elevated cabin is built over a natural spring and has a private rock shelter patio and fire pit area. A drop down deck creates a very open feeling punctuated by views of the stream through the trees. Built mostly from timber and stone harvested from the property the cabin features Oak hard wood floors and large glass windows and French doors. The cabin does not have a kitchen or bathroom. A large common area with an outdoor kitchen and bathhouse is less than a minute walk away.

Big Bottom Bungalow: Park Views, Secluded, Hot Tub

You can soak in tranquility at this modern cabin with a hot tub, indoor fireplace and outdoor living space. The Caney Fork River borders the 63 acre farm, which connects directly to over 60,000 acres of protected wilderness where you have free access to miles of hiking trails, magical waterfalls, historic homesteads and impressive caves. At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

Sleeps 4 with a queen bed, a double bed, and a table bed the can sleep 2 small children. Hot and cold water, electric service with gas cooking, inside toilet, HVAC, TV with DVD player, games including horseshoes, fire-pit (with firewood provided), Weber charcoal grill.
