This 400 sq ft guest house has a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk-in shower, one bedroom with a queen size bed. Bedroom has its own entrance to the large deck. Have a drink and relax on the amazing front porch overlooking the neighborhood. Walk to the many shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes or gather with friends in the bright & open kitchen/dining room. It is just a 5 min drive to all that downtown Nevada City offers as well.

Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

Sugarloaf Madrone Studio

Sugarloaf Madrone Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 Hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the ground level. The Madrone Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Sweet 101 is a bright, clean and private Bungalow in walking distance to downtown Grass Valley and the Nevada County Fairgrounds. The Bungalow sleeps 2 but could accommodate up to 4. Full kitchen and bathroom. Wifi and TV provided. On and off street parking. Located less than a block from a large City park with great play equipment for the kids. Complimentary local coffee and treats. Both of the host are local business owners and available to share info on the area.
