The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

Ark of Denmark, Due South

Due South is a stunningly unique, architecturally designed, open planned, split/tri level studio on the very top of Weedon Hill. Situated within Ark of Denmark, a beautiful 2 acre property, ensconced in a natural Australian bush setting, with majestic Karri trees & magnificent granite boulders. Welcome to Manna Vale Farm, a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Adelaide Hills, just a scenic 40-minute drive from Adelaide. Located within 6 kilometers of Woodside and minutes away from renowned wineries and restaurants such as Bird in Hand, Barristers Block, Petaluma, and Lobethal Road. Our beautiful studio apartment is positioned away from the main residence ensuring privacy at all times. The studio overlooks a beautiful lake with its own island accessible via a bridge.

Our home is close to parks, cinema, restaurants and shops, and 20 minutes to the beach. You’ll love our home because of the outdoor space, the pool, the quiet neighbourhood, and close proximity to the city (3 minute walk to bus stop), the beach and the Adelaide Hills . Our studio is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. It is a self contained studio in a garden setting with private access and use of pool and gas BBQ plus continental style breakfast.

R & R Cabin Tulka, beautiful location ❤️

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.

Autumn Ridge Farm

Autumn Ridge is a self-contained cottage situated on peaceful acreage overlooking the Blackwood Valley. With only a 10-minute drive into Bridgetown, offering unique boutique shops, delicious cafes and tourist attractions. This couples retreat is central to many of the southwest's tourist hotspots such as Manjimup, Pemberton and Margaret River. Comfortable Hills Studio

Beautifully appointed Studio type accommodation with over length queen size electric bed, unfortunately the massage function is currently not working due to abuse but we are working to get it rectified. However the pillow section can be raised to any desired height . All normal B&B facilities inc TV, Fridge, Air con, close to town centre and 30 mins from Adelaide CBD. Own bathroom, shared laundry... enjoy.
