Your unit is completely separate with large, beach style bedroom, sea views and white tiled large foyer leading to a kitchenette / laundry, then separate bathroom and enclosed patio with clothesline & BBQ . If you like total privacy you will not be disturbed, or if you would like to meet me I will enjoy sharing my local knowledge.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The area includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchenette, and a living room with a smart TV. Access is through the downstairs laundry, and off-road parking is available in the carport. We live downstairs and are happy to assist in making your stay in Albany as enjoyable as possible.
