The Coach House

The Coach house is a cosy retreat on our farm. A king-sized bed and beautiful linens add a romantic feel to the bedroom and throughout the property a traditional style has been retained offering comfort and quality. Surrounded by the pretty South Oxfordshire countryside. The Farm has footpath links to walks on the Ridgeway and is situated just outside the historic town of Wantage. White Horse Hill is just a short drive away as are the many attractions of Oxford which is just 12 miles away.

The Annexe has its own off-road parking space. The Annexe is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and also only a 5 minute drive to the M4. We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The accommodation, located on two floors with private entrance, has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and TV sitting area. There is an en-suite bath/shower.

It is within easy reach of the A34 and M4, and the local market towns of Newbury, Wantage and Hungerford. The nearest pub for good food and a drink is a short walk away and the local farm shop is close by.

The Potting Shed

The Potting Shed is a historic and pretty building, that has been recently converted providing comfortable, rustic accommodation in its own, completely private 3000sqm garden. Fruit and vegetables still grow in the garden here. Accessed via a tree lined pathway and sitting within the Garden Retreat, the potting shed is ideal for a romantic getaway or relaxing escape from reality. There is a fire pit/grill with logs available. The perfect base to enjoy Snowdrops at Welford Park.

Situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Kintbury in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The first floor annex with it's own entrance via stairs to the side of the main house has private, comfortable living accommodation with kitchen, dinning and lounge area; double bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is an outside area to sit on those warm sunny days. Strictly no baby’s, children or pets.
