Our property on Little Gillett Lake is a special place. The cottage is new, but exudes the charm and character of classic Northwoods Americana. The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! It is located right on the water having its own private dock, yard, and fire pit. It's also close to downtown. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and marinas. Our cottage is an older home that has been extensively renovated with modern appliances. Enjoy watching the boat traffic from the second story deck. Two kayaks are provided or bring your own boat.

The sand beach provides for an excellent location for kayaking, sunbathing, swimming, and walks. Glidden Cottage is only five miles from Sturgeon Bay.
