This is a New ground floor private apartment with beautiful valley and garden views. There is an adjoining outdoor deck to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden and wildlife. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a private entrance. In just 2 minutes drive you are at the stunning Avoca Beach what is book-ended by two spectacular headlands, a paradise for lovers of sand, sun and surf. Just a 7 minute drive takes you to Terrigal, where you can drop into one of the rooftop bars or restaurants

Berne St Treehouse

Nestled in a serene residential cul-de-sac, just a brief 5-minute drive from the beach, local shops, and public transportation, this studio retreat offers a cozy atmosphere. With a small kitchen, small loungeroom, bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the breathtaking national park and Terrigal/Wamberal. Our space is not suitable for parties. We value the peace and harmony of our neighbourhood and hope that you will relish the opportunity to unwind and recharge in our tranquil treetop haven.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Stroll to Ettalong's picturesque beachfront, cafes, restaurants, IGA, and BWS bottle shop. This dog-friendly haven features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a breezy balcony. A gorgeous Hamptons beach house situated in a quiet, peaceful street, with a relaxed beachy vibe., Chill on the huge, elevated deck with BBQ and covered alfresco dining. Three minutes drive to Terrigal Beach which has great restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, bars and live music. A fifteen minute walk along the lakeside to North Avoca beach and from there you can stroll south along the beach to Avoca where there are restaurants, cafes, an old school cinema and great hiking tracks

Hit up Lord's of Pour, Maxima or Coast for morning coffee and be sure to treat yourself to scrumptious baked goods @ RISE. Life is good!

Terrigal 360

Located just 360 steps, less than a 5 minute walk to Terrigal centre and Terrigal beach, this spacious studio is literally in the heart of Terrigal, it is the perfect getaway for a couple. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and the iconic Terrigal Beach. The new contemporary accomodation has all the amenities you will require for a relaxing stay. The unit is very private, has its own entry and guests have literally everything to make a getaway totally complete.

Somersby Guesthouse

Somersby Guesthouse is a boutique stay 40 minutes north of Sydney. Relax in this calm, stylish space with a quiet bush backdrop. Set for 2 guests, ideal for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Perfect for guests attending a wedding or event at a venue nearby. Enjoy a morning coffee on the deck, and drinks by the fire pit in the evening. There's a private outdoor bath, a desk should you need to open your laptop, and a comfy queen bed for the tired traveller.

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Avoca Beach Escape

Strictly no parties or excessive loud music or noise to disturb surrounding neighbors. Ideally suited for quiet relaxing getaway 🐚🏖️🌊 Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This 2 bedroom guest house is battle axed and has valley views. Walk to the lake and the beach in Avoca. New dwelling to enjoy. Please note there are a number of stairs to access cabin. Property not ideally suited for persons with mobility difficulties.
