The unit is complete with toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner induction stove, small refrigerator and bathroom with shower. This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.

The studio is a perfect clean warm home base for up to two guests to relax. With many tame deer , rabbits and small seasonal pond the yard is left to grow a bit wild.
