View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

This is a neighborhood and the homes are close together. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down and respect their property.

Two Trees Lake Huron Cottage, dog friendly

Two Trees is a light-filled home on Lake Huron that is a perfect spot for couples, small families, and solo travelers. Situated on a wooded lot, Two Trees sleeps four, and has a freshly updated kitchen and bathroom. The path to our private, sandy beach winds through the woods and down 38 stone steps - which are challenging for some. The house is a short drive to Lumberman's Memorial, Sturgeon Point Lighthouse, and Dinosaur Gardens. It is near US 23; there will be road noise.

Van Etten Lake Cabin Getaway!

Welcome to our charming 1 bedroom cabin nestled in the tranquil woods right on Van Etten Lake! Our cozy cabin is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful getaway! Summer guests will enjoy private access to Van Etten Lake and water for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. In the winter this well insulated, tiny home has radiant heat, as well as the ambience of a woodstove.  Cross country skiing trails are nearby, as well as restaurants and shops!

Our cabin has been in our family over 40 years, this is our first time hosting our beloved home. We hope you find it charming, comforting and a place to build beautiful memories. This cottage is just steps from the beautiful sugar sand beach. Beautiful views from the windows as well as the covered porch. Blue Haven's cottages come with a well-equipped kitchen, living/dining room with full size futon, bathroom with shower, and covered porch with charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The bedroom of this cottage contains a full bed and a twin bed. Our cottages can accommodate a group of five. Smart TV and WiFi are available in each cottage.

2 bed/1 bath on the lake Van Ettan. Downstairs is a long term rental. They don't have access to your living area. House completely remodeled last year. 2 bedrooms: one queen bed and one king bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. A/C in master bedroom. Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a great meal. Kitchen table is spacious - seats six. TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Outdoor deck has seating for 4. Washer/dryer.

Cottage located right on Lake Huron. Open floor plan with lake views from many rooms of the house. Great for a relaxing getaway or an outdoor adventure with family/friends. Short drive to Downtown Port Austin. Walk-able to Pointe aux Barques lighthouse. Swim, kayak, play in the huge yard, watch the freighters pass from the patio, or curl up with a book in the shaded outdoor sitting area. There is a lakeside bonfire pit for incredible star gazing & s'mores.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This special 3 bed 2.5 bath chalet is located on the quiet part of Van Etten Lake, ensuring you will have a relaxing and peaceful vacation. Relax and fish on your own private dock and tie up your boat, and jet skis. Van Etten Lake is a year-round all-sports Lake for boating, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, canoeing, water skiing, tubing, swimming, and ice fishing.
