No access to/from main home upstairs.

Ellie's Escape - In Historic Corydon, IN

Ellie's Escape is named for our oldest daughter who loves to travel. She has traveled with us since she was an infant and will pick up in a moment's notice to hit the road. This completely renovated and updated 1 Bedroom ground floor apartment is part of a historic home built in 1900. At nearly 1,000 square feet, it is much larger and certainly more comfortable than your typical hotel room. Located in the downtown historic district, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and more.

Indian Creek Barn Cottage w/ EV & RV Charger

Private barn cottage in the knobs of Kentuckiana located on a 12 acre horse farm, recently renovated into a cozy comfortable space. The barn cottage is private space with 500 sqft, fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living area, kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Located just outside of New Albany, IN and less than 15 minutes to Louisville, KY allowing for the relaxation of the countryside, while also enjoying the city attractions!

Quiet getaway where guests can simply relax away from the city lights and noise. 15 minutes from Salem, 30 minutes from Paoli Peaks, 45 minutes from French Lick Casino or Louisville, Ky. Several parks within an hour or less drive that offer fishing, swimming, hiking, caves, biking, and canoeing.

It has its on separate entrance away from the venue so you wont be bothered by anyone. We are more than willing to accommodate you in any way we can. Located on the Northeast side of Louisville, The City Cottage is near the highways for quick access to destinations in and around Louisville. This newly completed space is fresh, clean and created for guests in mind. Are you a couple traveling or a business person wanting more room and comfort than a typical hotel? The City Cottage is for you! (Three night minimum during Derby time.)

My Old Kentucky Dome

An elevated camping “glamping” experience. This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Firepit/Gaming/Historical bldg.

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.

The Coop

This 2 bedroom house is a renovated old farmhouse located on the site of a small vegetable farm and native plant nursery. The back deck overlooks the woods, where you can watch the wild birds and keep an eye on the free range chickens. This is a quiet spot for a retreat, but also 25 minutes from downtown Louisville. The Coop has a fully stocked kitchen and comes with eggs right from our flock....

The Cottage at StoneLedge 2 bedroom/1bath

Nestled on an expansive 80 acre horse farm, the cottage is the perfect escape. Hike the 30+ acres of woods that boast a creek and waterfall. Relax on the cozy front porch while enjoying the sounds of nature. If traveling with pets please note prior approval is required and be sure to read the pet policy in 'other things to note'.
