The Meadow Snug

Trade the sounds of the city for the sounds of life on the farm. Our tiny cabin has all you need to get away for a few days in nature to recharge those batteries. Enjoy a comfortable seat on the covered porch as you relax and enjoy that morning cup of coffee or take a wander along some of the many public footpaths right from the cabin door. In the evening you can take a short walk through the field to our fire pit area to watch the sunset from beneath the huge oak tree. Guests can pitch a tent.

If sitting back is not for you there are several local country walks and attractions. By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

The area has stunning walking, terrific pubs & canoeing on the Severn. Our gorgeous barn between Loppington & Burlton with own driveway. Upstairs are 2 beautiful bedrooms & a lovely bathroom. Downstairs is a small sitting room (TV/DVD) & a bright, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a stunning little private garden with far-reaching views.

Jemima’s cottage, cosy and comfortable!

Cosy cottage adjacent to the owners listed property, situated in a small hamlet.Jemima’s has views of the surrounding countryside and a small private garden with garden furniture ,ample parking and WiFi.There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms the main bedroom also has shower and wc . There is a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. Shrewsbury is a 20 mins drive away . There isn’t a washing machine in the cottage but guests are welcome to use ours if they need to.

Rural Escape Dome with Hot Tub in Whixall

Geodesic Dome with wood-fired hot tub in the heart of Shropshire countryside. Situated in a 3 acre paddock on our family small holding. Getting around we would suggest you have a car or bike as there is no public transport or cabs. Please note we are a working farm so you will see and hear tractors during your stay. Our family are also keen equestrians so you will also see horses. There is also a Glamping Cabin in the field so you may see other guests during your stay.

The Stable

The Stable is a self-contained annexe to our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. Located on a private road in a conservation area just a few miles outside the historic town of Shrewsbury. Private entrance & free private parking. You will be surrounded by numerous walking routes and National Cycle Routes, The Shropshire Hills, AONB. The Welsh border is only a few miles away which acts as a gateway to Mid & North Wales. Close to local wedding venues

Orchard Cottage Rural Retreats is home to two luxury Glamping Pods, The Laurels and The Beeches (Dog Friendly Pod) – situated in Pell Wall just a short drive or walk from the Market town of Market Drayton. Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive. The Cabin, the perfect retreat

The Cabin is furnished to a high standard with open plan lounge with kitchenette which has log fire, lounge sofa and breakfast bar. Kitchenette includes small hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and basic utensils. Double bed with luxury Simba mattress and ensuite with power shower. Large TV in lounge area. Private decking area and sheltered area with small BBQ & Pizza Oven
