The Manor House Golf Club and Castle Combe Circuit are both within in walking distance and the footpath opposite connects up with a series of walks across the land of the Castle Combe Estate and beyond. The accommodation is designed in an open plan layout containing a bedroom area with queen size bed, living room area with a TV, sofa and log burning stove and a well-equipped kitchenette with a table and chairs. The bathroom comprises a toilet, sink, heated towel rail and walk-in shower. There are also tea and coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board.
