Free parking and beautiful back deck. Located in a duplex, you will have the top unit, my family friend lives on the bottom. I live a few streets over and am happy to give local recommendations! The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.

You have the whole 3 bedroom apartment to yourselves in a 3 family home. Please be mindful of tenants with noise after 9pm. Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable. Older home, with vaulted ceilings and original charm, price is right for the area. Welcome!
