The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

Located only 10 miles off Interstate 35 deep in the Hill Country where you can spend some time tubing the river, playing at Schlitterbahn, antiquing in Wimberley or the day in Austin or San Antonio which are only about an hour away.
