Departamento precioso, moderno, súper limpio con acabados finos. En la parte plana de Guanajuato, ¡sin escaleras! Acceso a dos terrazas, con vistas panorámicas de la ciudad y las montañas. Bastante silencioso, pero a 10 minutos caminando del Jardín de la Unión. Todos los servicios a 1-2 minutos caminando. Beautiful, modern downtown studio apartment. Two terraces. Great views. Quiet. 1-2 min to market, bakery, etc. Located in flat part of Guanajuato, ~10 min to Jardín de la Unión. No stairs!!!

Very cosy apartment, filled with natural light and well furnished, in the historic center on the plaza Embajadoras. The swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between the three apartments only. The pool is climatized and features hydromassage and counter current machine for swimming. The apartments are adults only. Fiber internet all around the property. 2x Washing-machines & dryer. Warning: there are stairs within the property as shown in the photos.
