Nestled at the head of Pigeon Hill Bay, our cottage is surrounded by 20 acres of fields, marshland, private walking paths, and a private pebble beach on the ocean with views of the Atlantic. Acadia National Park is nearby (1 hour plus) or take the ferry (20 minutes away) to BarHarbor. Acadia Park Schoodic Point is a must see (20 minutes). Enjoy our kayaks, our recommended day trips, blueberry picking, visiting white-tailed deer. For a full week stay we serve a lobster shore dinner for two.

Enjoy the upper deck while getting lost in a book, grilling dinner or sneaking away to the private outdoor shower space. From the deck, you can access the downstairs where you will find an additional bedroom, bathroom and porch/deck.

Features include an open-concept kitchen, dining, living, and sunroom area with spectacular ocean views, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a library off the main bedroom with a double bed. Beautifully landscaped grounds slope gently to 240 feet of dramatic oceanfront.

Bella Vista is a cozy, 2 bedroom house with views of Englishman's Bay and Roque Island. The house is set just a few feet away from the soft white sand of Sandy River Beach. You will enjoy magnificent ocean views and comfy accommodations. Stroll the ½ mile sandy beach collecting sea glass and other treasures washed in by the waves. At low tide, hike across the sand bar to explore a nearby island.

The Stanley Schooner House is stunning and perfect for hosting large families. The Master Suite is incredible. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to prepare meals for your group. This charming late 18th century home is modern but captures the essence of the fantastic history of this small coastal town that was once booming with ship builders and fisherman.
