Quiet, private, updated home, NOT a cottage: >2200 sq ft, single level 3B/3B, + bonus lower-level walk-out/office. Master bed double shower/jacuzzi overlooking the water! Multiple oceanfront decks. 100 ft granite shoreline, short stroll to nearby sand beaches. Swim, fish, read a book, or watch the sailboats go by! (Not suitable for children/pets/events.)

Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

This elevated cylindrical dwelling offers solitude and a large deck with comfortable chairs and forest views. Shaded and cool in the summer with air conditioning and fans available. This Yurt provides a wonderful respite from the hectic world. Perfect for nature lovers with a nearby brook and miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking.

Kick back and relax in this stylish, retro, newly renovated coastal oasis with beach access & stunning views of the Long Island Sound. You can enjoy bird watching in the backyard garden in the spring, swimming and fishing at the private association beach in the summer, and leaf-peeping in the fall. The Beach Sanctuary is located in charming, historic Guilford CT, minutes from the town green, train station, local restaurants, and shopping as well as 20 minutes from New Haven and Yale.

The Studio Apartment at Indian Cove

A unique loft located above a barn garage. Nestled in nature with trees and birds all around. This loft is located in a private beach community. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks. We are located in a very safe neighborhood. Renovated space has high ceilings with windows that are on 3 sides. You will find hardwood floors throughout. The bathroom has a tub/shower with tiled floors and a skylight to let in natural light. Bikes and kayaks are available for your use.

Page Guest House

Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.

Relax in our peaceful and private attached apartment, where you can look out the window to see birds and deer nearly every day. There are hiking trails with amazing views just down the street and this is also a beautiful area for jogging or bike riding. Visit downtown Guilford for shopping at the charming Guilford Green or walking around the Guilford dock. Just 30 minutes from Middletown or New Haven and 45 minutes from Hartford.

Guilford Field House

Enjoy a wonderful guest house with all the amenities on a historic property in Guilford, Connecticut. The main house built in 1779 extends its character to the guest house which has views of an open field. On property there is a working restored horse barn. We are minutes to the spectacular downtown area of Guilford and easy access to Durham, Madison, and other surrounding towns and highways!
