Σε υψόμετρο 1150 μέτρων, βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Άνω Τρικάλων, πράγμα που προσφέρει ησυχία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταβέρνες και καφετέριες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενιαίο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία/κουζίνα, σοφίτα και μπάνιο με τζακούζι με θέα προς τον Κορινθιακό. Υπάρχει μαντεμένια ξυλόσομπα και θερμοπομποί που κάνουν το σπίτι πολύ ζεστό τον χειμώνα.

A minimal rustic style, ground floor apartment with a cozy back yard. Decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood.Guests are able to park just outside the house. The modern town of Corinth is located approximately 5 Km northeast of the ancient ruins. The center of Corinth and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. All people are welcome.

Cozy_Studio

Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι πολύ κοντά στις αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις του Προμηθέα, Τόφαλος και Golden tennis club. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα σε σταθμό τρένου, στάση λεωφορείου και μόλις 80μ. από την παραλία.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
