There era fans all over de place, NO AC. The condo gives you aerial views of the jungle on 3 sides. Three blocks to beach. Completely remodeled and refurnished, large flat-screenTVs (2), jungle-view aerial balcony, large living/dining area for 6 people, and high-end furnishings. Over 200 HD channels. Resort-like setting, very safe, with huge pools, sunbathing/bbq areas and decks and full playground. Washer and dryer in unit for week or more. PER CONDO RULES, ONLY 1 SMALL PET IS ALLOWED

Beach is located at about just 1 minute walking It is an area of low vehicle transit at a short distance (3/4 mile) from Jacó dowtown where restaurants and shops could be found There are three separate accomodations: casa Gecko, casa Rana and casa Tortuga. All three and the pool and all areas are not shared with anybody else, they are only for the guest that made the reservation

The unit is located 4 blocks off of the beach in Central Jaco. You will be walking distance everywhere and just a 7 minute walk to grocery stores, night life, and restaurants. The house is located in LAPA LIVING which is a brand new gated community with 24 hour security and two brand new pools.
