Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Apotheke, Ärzte, Wochenmarkt. Vor dem Haus befindet 50 m. entfernt der Sandstrand. Aus Wohnzimmer, aus alle schlafzimmer Balkonen und Terassen Meerblick.Wohnzimmer und 3 Schlfzimmer haben Klima anlagen. Im Haus befindet ein Sebil(Für Trinkwasser Kühlung)

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.
