Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Into the centre, it is a walk about a few minutes and to the nearest cable car your drive by car just about 5 minutes, which transported you up in the Kitzbueheler Alps.

Ruhige, gemütliche eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Du kannst an der Ache entlang in ein paar Minuten ins Dorfzentrum laufen und Tiroler Gastfreundlichkeit geniessen.

Aber das Frühstück wollen Sie trotzdem noch in aller Ruhe genießen. Sie haben ja schließlich noch den ganzen Urlaubstag vor sich. Abends, dann wenn die Sonne sich hinter den Bergspitzen zur Ruhe bettet und der Mondschein sich breitet, lockern Sie Ihre Muskeln.

Gemütliche Wohnung in der unmittelbaren Nähe der Fleckalmbahn. Wenige Gehminuten bis zur Loipe/zum Golfplatz und 2 km bis zum Schwarzsee. Die Wohnung besteht aus 1 Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett 180x200 und einem zusätzlichen Bett 160x200. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es die Möglichkeit einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch für 1 Person. Die 3 Etagen der Wohnung werden über eine Wendeltreppe erreicht.

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
