Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Walk to Mountain Base Studio for 4 & POOL

Welcome to the cozy mountain lodge condo studio! This studio sleeps 4 and is located on the second floor just an elevator away from access to the pool, hot&tub and gym . It is also just a 3-5 minute walk to ski lifts (1 flight of stairs) and mountain base area where you can find coffee shops, bars and ski/bike rentals. Additionally, it is a 1 min walk to the free bus to Crested Butte downtown(5 min). Great place to stay if you are looking for mountain adventures, entertainment or retreat.

Mountain Hideout is a cozy 1bd. with easy access to the hot tub and ski shuttle, both just outside your door! This comfortable and quiet mountain getaway has a full sized kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and cooking necessities. If you prefer to eat out, simply take a 5 minute walk to Base area or hop on the free shuttle! The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a third guest. Separate storage room provided for skis, bikes, and other belongings! A great bonus! No pets.

Gunnison Riverside Cabin

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Our petting zoo has 6 of the sweetest Nigerian Dwarf Goats, chickens, and the star of the show, BoMama our miniature donkey.
