Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door.

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!

Central location perfectly suited for a basecamp to adventure in the Gunnison Valley. Among guest favorites is the full sized washer and dryer to freshen up from the day’s excursion. Those wishing to bring a pet, please contact host rather than instant book. Pets must accompany guests whenever leaving loft.

Enjoy a tranquil setting while being only 15 minutes away from any of the four Aspen/Snowmass ski areas. Please note, the basement apartment with a private entrance is used by the owners. Ample parking is available on the property for up to three vehicles.

Welcome to our home away from home! You’ll love our condo for its beautiful views and easy access to the mountain. Inside is a stylishly appointed home, a building hot tub, ski locker room, dog wash, and a ski tune table. We're just a short walk to the slopes or ride the free bus—5 minutes to the mountain or 15 minutes to America's last great ski town! We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.
