House is spacious, accommodates 9 people, it has 4 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, 3 balconies and is equipped with everything necessary for a family or group of friends. We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous.

The magnetic sand of the Black Sea coast is a real miracle of nature! It has been known since the 19th century.
