Ideal family holiday cabin. Get up close to our friendly cows (Hamish & Oreo), Pat our loveable sheep Shaun and Tim. Pick fresh eggs daily courtesy of our chickens and enjoy our 2 mini pigs, Dozer & Willy. Experience the tranquillity of country life. If you are arriving in an electric vehicle a $25 per day charging fee will apply. Please let us know your reason for visiting our area and who you will be traveling with, when booking. Highlands Lodge

Highlands Lodge is a magnificent stone and timber chalet nestled amongst 150 year old deciduous English Elm and many other European Trees. It is beautiful year round but particularly in Autumn. Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Set on a working Sheep and Cattle property, Highlands Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Unique solar house, Self contained Flat,Pet lovers

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. EV charging available.

Dunroamin, A cosy comfortable 2 bedroom home.

Dunroamin is a peaceful 2 bedroom house 12 kms from the centre of Armidale with plenty of room for the kids to move. The space Neat & tidy 2 bedroom house that can sleep up to 6 people (on request). Only minutes away from the Armidale pine forest which has plenty of mountain bike & walking tracks. Or you can choose to sit and relax and watch the local wildlife at Dunroamin. Comfortable cottage close to town in a quiet area. Relax in the private courtyard with a coffee or glass of wine after a day of discovery or driving. Coffee tea and biscuits provided . Rainy days and children are covered with Netflix, Stan, Foxtel and unlimited WiFi . You will also find a variety of activity books , magazines and games . The cottage is well heated to ensure you are cosy on those cold Armidale nights. David and I look forward to hosting you 🙂

The Coop is a beautiful newly renovated bungalow home situated in a short 5 minute walk to the city centre, cafes, parks, restaurant, bakery, supermarkets & sporting fields. Easy 5 minute drive to UNE. Offering open plan self contained kitchen & laundry, dining, living areas, two bedrooms with queen beds, two stylish modern bathrooms & a deck for outside living. BBQ rear deck & outside open fire place for outside living.

North Hill Suites

This stylish place to stay is perfect for business, individual, group or family trips Beautiful views over the valley, a short distance from the University and Armidale City The house has lots of space and great peaceful views. Guesthouse at Stone Water Rill

Custom built one bedroom guesthouse designed to capture gorgeous views across expansive gardens designed by Paul Bangay. We want our guests to feel that they have escaped to a welcoming sort of luxury surrounded by beauty inside and out. We’ve worked with local interior designer, Lisa Post, and have aimed to to showcase this beautiful region with local touches. We hope that you love it as much as we do!

West Ruislip Farm, Armidale

Peaceful granny flat on our 100-acre cattle farm in the New England region. Large bedroom with Queen, Double & Single bed, private lounge, kitchenette, and bathroom. Reverse-cycle air-con for comfort. Enjoy stunning sunsets and amazing stargazing on clear nights. No Wi-Fi, but good phone reception. All pets welcome. A quiet, relaxing stay with friendly cattle and wide open spaces.

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.

Cumquat Cottage

Located 500m from the centre of Armidale lies this charming self-contained 140 year old blue brick cottage. Only a short distance is the Goldfish Bowl specialising in wood fired bakery goods and specialty coffee. This self equiped two bedroom cottage can house up to four people for a little get away, over night stay or work trip.
