Mirembe is a Ugandan word meaning peace and tranquillity; this perfectly describes our 45 acre property. The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. Take a stroll through our private trails: Nature surrounds you. Breakfast food supplied, and a few locally made frozen dinners in the freezer- but not free.

Tewantin Pool House

This cozy guesthouse is tucked away in a quiet spot, offering a peaceful retreat. The absence of a TV keeps it quiet. It's perfectly compact (25msq); right in my backyard, with direct access to the pool, where you can unwind or take a refreshing dip. A friendly Labrador (dog) roams the premises, bringing a bit of charm & cheer to the setting. Sorry, no children allowed due to direct pool access. It's a charming retreat for two to relax and unwind.

Completely separate with private entrance. Studio with the most beautiful view of the National Park stretching for miles to the horizon from just over the fence. Private Courtyard and deck to watch the sunsets. 8 minute walk to the beach and close to Peregian Village. Birds and other wildlife are abundant.
