I’d love to invite you to stay in my renovated Attic Studio, which has a private entrance, located in a family house surrounded by nature, yet just a stone’s throw away from the center of Český Krumlov. The house is situated in a very quiet part of the town, ensuring you a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. The accommodation is perfect for couples and families with children. If personal privacy is important to your group, I recommend reviewing the layout in advance to ensure it meets your needs.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsessel bietet es Platz für bis zu dreiPersonen und ist ideal für kleine Familien oder Paare. Wir haben eine zweite Wohnung in der Anlage.

Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den großen eingezäunten Garten und den angrenzenden Bibersee. Viele Tiere können beobachtet werden: Biber, Fischotter, Enten, Fischreiher, Hasen und Rehe. Wer Entspannung vom Alltag sucht ist hier genau richtig. Eingeheizt wird mit 2 Holzöfen, wer will kann auch Holz hacken. Spaziergänge im angrenzenden Wald sind Balsam für die Seele.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt umgeben von den Wäldern des Bayrischen und Böhmerwaldes am Rande eines kleinen Dorfes. Stilvoll renoviert blickt es auf den Haidmühler See, Wälder und Berge. Die Talstation des Hausberges, des Dreisessels, mit seiner Alm ist quasi direkt vor der Haustüre. Die nächsten Orte sind Jandelsbrunn, Altreichenau, Waldkirchen (25 min) und Passau (50 min).

In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved. The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.
