La propriété est située à l’écart du village de Seloignes, près de Chimay, implantée le long d’un ruisseau et en bordure de forêt. Un fois le portail refermé, vous vous retrouvez dans un autre monde. Cette réalisation conçue par un architecte et un artiste présente une grande unité et magnifie la nature.
