Quaint Coach House Cottage in the heart of the IOW

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT NEAR THE NEW FORREST NATIONAL PARK! This pretty cottage was the former Coach House and lies in the grounds of the historic Merston Manor House which dates back to 1605. The Cottage is approached by its own drive from Chapel Lane and has private parking opposite. This cottage is next door my other listing Cosy Stable Cottage which maybe available if this is not. We have a minimum 3 night booking. Monday is not available but please contact me if you require a Monday stay

Little Dell is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac Little Dells accommodation comprises of 1 double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/kitchen/dining room, plus off road parking for 1 vehicle. Little Dell has its own private outside space with beautiful views across the Downs. Located on the outskirts of the seaside resorts Sandown and Shanklin and within walking distance of beautiful countryside and woodland. Alvestone nature reserve and squirrel hide is also within walking distance.

Brambles Shepherd’s Hut

Situated in a quiet rural location with stunning views over open countryside, this shepherds hut has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay on the Isle of Wight. Foodies Heaven

A light and airy wooden chalet accessed by a path through a fully fenced orchard with seating and a fire pit ideal for catching the last of the evening sun. Dogs are welcome and can be walked within the 8 acres of farmland which extends to the Eastern River Yar and includes a wildlife pond. The chalet is well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a Red Squirrel. 5 Pygmy goats in Sue’s garden next door are sure to amuse you.

Queensbower Cottage stable is newly converted with 2 ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. A double sofa bed is also available for use in the lounge with a downstairs shower room and toilet. A cot bed is also available on request. We are situated in an area of outstanding beauty, alongside a bridle path with no passing traffic. Well behaved dogs are welcome in the downstairs of the stable. Our garden is large, child-friendly and surrounded by fields.

The Woodlands Retreat

A stylish and unique cabin located in a magical woodland setting. Completed renovated for 2024, this cabin is the ideal retreat for couples looking for a breakaway surrounded by nature yet with the bonus of a Tesco’s Super store 5 mins up the road. There are only two cabins on the site, each with a private garden and entrance. There is a bus service on the main road and beautiful walks right outside the gates. Option to book both cabins for a group stay.
