The property received the Governor General of Canada Medal for Excellence in Architecture. We've been living in the adjacent townhouse for 28 years. We're only a knock on the door or a phone call away if you need anything! This is a vibrant yet peaceful, culturally diverse area. Walking is ideal. One parking space is provided on site (just in front of unit -furthest one left facing Maynard Place) and a public transit stop is down the street. Greet the morning from your cozy bed, or wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and enjoy on the deck or snuggled up on the sofa in front of the fire. Kabən is a short drive to the city centre, but trust me, you won't want to leave once you arrive and breathe in the sea air at your own little sanctuary.
