The two level house (30 meters from the sea) consists of a nicely decorated living room with WC, that leads to a fully equipped kitchen which has direct access to the garden for outdoor dining. On the first level, there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with their own balcony, one of which has a magnificent view of the sea. The house has stone floors which makes it cool,especially during the summer! It has also an outside douche, kiosk and barbeque. The house is part of a complex called Kallidendro.

A new house in a green, quiet area near the sea and forest, located on top of a hill in the village of Posidi. It is possible to book both villas together for up to 12 guests (upon request). Guests have access to a large shared pool for both houses, measuring 10.5 x 4.5 meters. There is private parking for 2 cars. Starlink internet is available. A cozy cove is located just 100 meters from the house (accessible by stairs). The town beach with taverns is 500 meters away.

Here you can buy fresh fish, fruits and much more. Further shopping possibilities can be found along the Main Street, e.g. Masoutis.
